MEET YOUR EDUCATOR
Tailored, evidence-based diabetes education.
Hi, I’m Luke Armstrong, a Credentialled Diabetes Educator and Registered Nurse with over 30 years of lived experience with Type 1 Diabetes.
My career has included working as a Mental Health Nurse, Worked in fitness industry as Group Fitness instructor, and now as a Diabetes Educator. This diverse background has shaped the way I care for people. I understand that successful diabetes management isn’t just about insulin doses and glucose readings—it’s about supporting mental wellbeing, building sustainable lifestyle habits, and helping people feel confident in managing their health.
I have a particular interest in diabetes technology, including insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and automated insulin delivery systems. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, starting an insulin pump, or looking to improve your time in range, I aim to provide practical, evidence-based education tailored to your individual goals.
